Damson fool in the making

We made quite a bit of food this weekend for a barbecue/ birthday party in Wales including a really excellent and very simple double chocolate cheesecake but I didn’t manage to take pictures other than while making this damson fool, the colours were too fabulous

The double cheesecake recipe came from Olive magazine, it involved no cooking other than melting butter and chocolate and it was very quick to make.
The fool was made with a mix of double cream and yoghurt, was totally delicious, damsons sweet and tangy at the same time.
