Naan

Not the best photo but then I do have an old iphone. Anyway, made naan last night from Dan Lepard’s Short & Sweet, to go with a chickpea and squash curry from Nigel Slater and it was marvellous. Love my naan shaping – one looked a bit like Africa:

For anyone in possession of Nigel’s Kitchen Diaries – I’ve made this curry before and found that it works better with 500ml veg stock instead of 750ml given.
